Two sets of charger+battery of the BQ-CC17 and have it ready to use (no time wasted), vs. Option a) seems to be the winner for me, more batteries vs. If the battery seems to be low in capacity, I won't bother testing, refreshing it, I just discard it.Ī) Slower charger with more batteries: BQ-CC17 + 2 sets AA batteries (8 pieces)ī) Faster charger with less batteries: BQ-CC55 + 1 sets AA batteries (4 pieces). ![]() I don't use any Lithium rechargeable batteries, so I didn't consider this.I understand the good Eneloop and Fujitsu batteries are made in the Takasaki factory in Japan, which is the only such factory in Japan, so all Eneloop batteries must be "Made in Japan".But I didn't find any Fujitsu batteries easily available to me, and Amazon Basics can ordered only from Amazon. I know Fujitsu branded batteries are great/even better batteries, and Amazon Basics batteries are previous generation.I already have a Ansmann Powerline 4 Pro charger that can measure the capacity (called TEST function: charges, dischargers, charges, then displays the final estimated capacity).I already have about 40 different Eneloops in our household in remotes, clocks, bicycle lights, thermometers/weather stations, voice recorders, flash.I don't like to worry about remembering to remove the batteries after charge, I've already ruined some Eneloops with trickle charging overnight.I assume the following for time and benefit: Smart and fast charger with display, without batteries = 50 Euro.Panasonic BQ-CC55 + 4 AA Eneloop bundle = 30 Euro. ![]()
